We launched a pyramid to the moon in January 2025 with Meme World Order, LifeShip, and MoonDAO - a physical artifact containing a private key that maps to crypto wallets from multiple communities. Now we're building the digital infrastructure to keep that mission alive and bring new people into space culture. This proposal funds a Base mini-app that tracks the lunar pyramid's wallet balance in real-time, shows its location on the moon, and lets people submit digital art and messages to add to the bounty. The goal is simple: make space interesting again for retail crypto users and grow the lunar bounty into something impossible to ignore.

According to the [MoonDAO roadmap](https://docs.moondao.com/About/Roadmap) the organization should start designing Lunar Settlement this year. Rovers are major elements of it.

No unified standards for lunar rovers exist. By supporting this initiative, MoonDAO fulfills its mission and establishes itself as a leader in lunar exploration.

The standard should cover all the aspects of rover design, from the physical interface to the software stack.

Rover projects can realize immediate benefits by adopting specific components of the standard, such as command protocols, even without full implementation.

To succeed we need to form a global collaboration and adopt the standard. To secure the necessary resources, we plan to leverage the MoonDAO launchpad.

Phase Two focuses on preparing for a launch via the MoonDAO launchpad, formalizing community development processes, and establishing the initial draft of the standard.

Space is a new frontier in biology for two reasons: firstly we can use the lack of gravity for experiments that outperform terrestrial settings, and secondly because we need a whole set of new technology and know-how to tackle the space environment for human life. This project will produce a shared, peer‑reviewed technical baseline for MoonDAO’s future biological mission design and funding. The paper will collect and organize research, examples, and companies into a reliable review paper to help guide the whole sector. This helps MoonDAO and others understand the landscape of space bio, helps direct research, funding, and policy. The work will be coordinated by Expanse Bio, a new hub accelerating space biotech. The team of scientists leading this project have multiple experiences publishing high impact studies.

This proposal introduces an official **MoonDAO-branded Wave card design**, along with a **short explainer video** and a **dedicated export page**, that citizens can use with the Wave Connect platform.

Citizens will be able to visit a MoonDAO page, export their personalized card design, and upload it to their Wave card. When tapped or scanned, the card instantly shares their MoonDAO profile and relevant links.

The goal is to make MoonDAO citizenship **easy to represent, easy to share, and easy to understand** at real-world events, missions, meetups, and conferences.

Pulse v0 is a compact, smart wearable that can deliver medicine automatically and safely. In extreme or confined environments like spacecraft, analog habitats, or remote Earth locations giving yourself a shot is difficult. Gravity doesn’t help, spaces are tight, and even small mistakes like needle jams, backflow, or sensor errors can be dangerous. Medicines such as anti-nausea drugs, painkillers, antibiotics, allergy treatments, or even cancer therapies need precise delivery to keep people safe. Pulse v0 is a bench-top prototype, built to test whether a wearable can reliably and safely deliver medication without putting anyone at risk. This proposal outlines a strategic initiative for MoonDAO to establish a temporary physical presence in Florianópolis, Brazil, during April 2026, leveraging two major ecosystem events: **Discover Floripa** and **Ipê Village**. The goals are to strengthen MoonDAO’s visibility, partnerships, and community growth in Latin America through Florianópolis as a leading regional hub for startups, digital nomads, and crypto innovation, making it an ideal entry point for MoonDAO’s long‑term expansion in the region and ecosystem.

The initiative includes renting an apartment for one month to function as a MoonDAO base, hosting community events and workshops, and organizing a focused hackathon. MoonDAO Florianópolis 2026 - April Edition (Ipê Village + Discover Floripa)

The Earth-Space Conservation and Demonstration Center (ESCDC), is a 338 acre space education and research analog site in Washington, New Hampshire. Founder David Cheuvront, was the visionary study team member and co-author of NASA’s “ The Evolvable Lunar Architecture” document and a NASA ISS and Safety & Compliance focused Systems Engineer.  MoonDAO’s 2030 target of a minimum viable, self-sustaining lunar settlement by around 2030, culminating in a celebratory gathering is quickly approaching. This project is a monthly, in person speaker series held on the full moon, focused on how humans think about, govern, and build for the Moon. It is a direct continuation of the Moon Dialogs series founded by Jessy Kate, founder of the Open Lunar Foundation, which demonstrated sustained community interest in accessible, interdisciplinary conversations about lunar development and stewardship.
Hosted at The Fold in San Francisco, the series carries forward the Moon Dialogs ethos while introducing a more structured arc, clearer objectives, and tighter integration with active lunar infrastructure projects. Full Moon Speaker Series

0g-SPOT is an audio and visual podcast that explores human intimacy, relationships, and philosophical questions related to spaceflight. While most public conversations about space focus on technology and engineering, 0g-SPOT centers on the human experience - using thoughtful, tongue-in-cheek dialogue to make space more relatable and engaging to a general adult audience. Season 1 is already well underway: eight episodes have been recorded, with the first episode currently in professional post-production. Current episode guests include medical leaders in space, Star Trek royalty, sex experts, design experts, and health and wellness leaders in space. This proposal supports the completion, polishing, and distribution of the first eight episodes, enabling timely delivery of a high-quality media project that contributes to MoonDAO’s mission to shape a more human future in space.
