Project System Update Proposal

This is a comprehensive update of the Projects System that introduces the following changes:

- Project Budget Limits. - Quarterly (versus weekly) Project Proposal voting. - More clarity and structure around Senate review and approval. - Funding of the top 50% of Proposals according to the Member House, or until a maximum of 3/4 of the quarterly budget is reached. - Project Leads may graduate to Senate members, versus join the Senate immediately. - Rewards flow to Projects, not to Individuals. Projects decide individually what to do with rewards. - Monthly progress updates versus weekly ones.
